In the fourth quarter of 2024, the Dominican Republic saw varying performance trends among the top business apps on the unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the top five:

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking mid-October at approximately 14.4K and then gradually declining to 5.3K by the end of December. Weekly active users also saw a decline from 102.5K at the start of the quarter to around 78.9K by the end.

Zoom Workplace had a consistent revenue stream, with peaks in mid-October and mid-December reaching approximately $2.1K. Downloads started at 7.6K, with a notable decrease towards the end of the quarter, closing at 3.8K. Active users saw a significant drop from 317K in early October to 170K by the end of December.

MIO Banreservas Billetera maintained a steady download rate, hitting a high of 9.5K in mid-November. Active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 24.6K at the start to 27.1K by the end of the quarter.

Cryptoguru: Trading Simulator saw its downloads rise from 4.9K to a peak of 7.6K by the end of December. The app's active users grew steadily, starting at 18.9K and culminating at 30.8K.

Finally, Microsoft Teams experienced a decrease in downloads, starting at 5.6K and dropping to 1.8K by the quarter's end. Active users reflected a similar downward trend, declining from 194K to 133K.
